Client-facing production for a web design and marketing agency. I scoped projects and wrote the proposals, contracts, and statements of work, built site maps and content structures, and ran delivery in Basecamp from the sales hand-off through design and development. A full-stack SEO app for a cigar retailer's storefront. It crawls and audits every page, has Claude draft the missing titles and meta descriptions, runs each draft through a deterministic tobacco-category policy validator, and queues everything for human approval. Dry-run by default — it writes nothing to the live store.
A Flask app that answers one question fast: what are we charging versus everyone else? Type in a cigar and it scrapes Bonita Smoke Shop, Neptune Cigar and Cigars International live, then lines the three prices up side by side. Authenticated logins with hashed credentials, SQLAlchemy models and Alembic migrations behind it.
A full-stack Next.js 14 app built to prove out one idea: types that survive the whole trip from database to button. Prisma generates the types, Zod validates every boundary, Server Actions handle the mutations — so a schema change breaks the build instead of breaking production.
A full migration from BigCommerce to WordPress and WooCommerce: the catalog, customer accounts, three years of order history, shipping zones, and the entire information architecture — planned and executed solo against a store that never stopped selling. 62 tracked tasks, 48 shipped. I run the social, email and video for the same brand.
My own digital product line: hyperlinked planners, sticker packs, and templates for GoodNotes, Notion, and e-ink devices like the reMarkable and Kindle Scribe. I design every product, write the listings, run the SEO and the marketing, and answer the customers. 5.0 stars since 2023.

Open rates stopped meaning much when Apple started auto-opening mail — 69% of the opens on this send came from privacy-protected Apple Mail. So I optimise for the number that survives that: revenue per email sent.
On this campaign it was $2.21. The e-commerce benchmark for campaigns is about $0.10, and even the top 10% of senders average $0.95. Cigars are a high-ticket purchase, so the category does some of that work — but the email still has to earn the click.
The rest of the job is the unglamorous half: list segmentation, send timing, subject-line testing, and keeping the promo calendar from cannibalising itself.
